1. Shipping Methods and Fees

WORKXCITY offers a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location. The available shipping options may include standard, expedited, or express delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. WORKXCITY strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. International Shipping

WORKXCITY currently offers international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply. Please note that customs processing may cause delays, and we cannot be held responsible for any such delays.

4. Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate. WORKXCITY is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Delivery times are estimates based on the shipping method and destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, WORKXCITY cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as:

WORKXCITY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tracking Your Order

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

8. Shipping Restrictions

WORKXCITY is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or some international destinations due to shipping restrictions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us for clarification.

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately before it is shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
