- All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, certificates, and any other accessories, must be included with the return.
- Custom or personalized items, including engraved jewelry, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Return an Item

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If your return is approved:
